We had a really lovely stay here. The price is unbeatable for what you get. The owners are really friendly and communicative. The rooms are quite spacious and have a TV, adjustable heating and A/C, nicely folded towels and shampoo/soap/conditioner, and sufficient outlets. The soundproofing between rooms was great. There’s a fire pit and pool (not open in October, but good to know). We had 2 dogs and there was no fuss or fee, which was great. Highly recommend, especially for the price!!
Sarah is very sweet and helpful to all her guests. We needed 2 rooms and we got upgraded to the suite! It's nice and cozy. Very clean. You may need to let the shower warm up for a couple minutes but it's fine. We slept very well.
Sarah is honestly the sweetest kindest host I’ve ever had. The rooms were SPOTLESS thanks to her and Shay. Sarah was attentive and easily accessible by text or phone at any given time. We will absolutely be staying here again.
It is clear that this is a lovingly maintained property. Very clean and updated room, comfortable bed with clean and fresh linens. Slept great. Easy check-in. Great location, local ice cream shop right next door. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Will definitely be back.
Sara was so kind to accept us last minute and save our girl’s trip. (We had initially booked at another place and we were not satisfied so we asked airbnb to recommend another place which is how we found this place) We stayed at the cottage and everything was extremely clean, organised, spacious (there’s 4 bedrooms, 1 king, 1 queen and 4 single beds) and comfy. We were 5 girls enjoying the weekend but the cottage would be perfect for families as well. We even got to do a bonfire one night and the area is so peaceful. We definitely recommend to book here, the place is very close to Lake George town, wineries and other activities. :)
We loved this little motel! Very clean and family owned. Sarah came to greet us when we arrived and everything was perfect. The swimming pool looked good but it was a little too cool to swim. About 10 minute drive to Lake George. This was a perfect stay for us!
A must stop and stay! Sarah is exactly what everyone has stated in the reviews and than some. This property is just close enough to town and just a stones throw away if you want serenity. It's right next to an excellent ice cream shop and mini golf. There is a pool and they are very pet friendly. I must say it was an excellent stay! Oh I almost forgot the room was extremely clean for a pet room!

Beautiful property, so well maintained, spotless rooms, just an amazing place through and through! Pet friendly and lots of family activities! If your ever in the area,this place is a must stay!!!!!
